DME All M/Es and
P/P
a) No restriction is applied to P/P. Thus, both utility buses 1 and 2 can be used
for P/P.
Since only one utility bus is available,
utility 1 bus is used instead of utility 2
bus in the following functions.
• Wipe border
• Preset color mix
• Backgrounds of DME wipes
Since only one utility bus is available,
you cannot select the following
functions.
• Key border
• Sub mask
• Preset color mix
• Wipe border
If you select a DME wipe which uses
a utility bus for a background image,
a color matte signal is used instead
of a utility bus signal.
Side flags cannot be used.
For PGM/PST, the same restrictions
as those for 2M/E apply. For M/E1
and M/E-2, the same restrictions as
those for 4M/E mode apply.
4M/E mode
M/E-1, P/P Since only one utility bus is available,
utility 1 bus is used instead of utility 2
