The Driver Cannot Be Installed
(Windows 8.1)
If you have canceled installation or if the installation wizard does not appear when the
USB cable is connected, follow the procedure shown below.
Procedure
Connect the machine to the computer with the USB
cable and turn on the machine.
If a message saying "Found new hardware"
appears, click Close.
Disconnect the USB cable from every printer except the machine.
Click Desktop.
Move the mouse pointer to the lower-right corner
of the screen to display the Charms bar, and then
click Settings.
Click PC info.
