The Driver Cannot Be Installed
(Windows 10)
If you have canceled installation or if the installation wizard does not appear when the
USB cable is connected, follow the procedure shown below.
Procedure
Connect the machine to the computer with the USB
cable and turn on the machine.
If a message saying "Found new hardware"
appears, click Close.
Disconnect the USB cable from every printer except the machine.
On the Start menu, click Settings.
Click Devices, and then click Printers & scanners
on the following screen.
Click Device Manager. If a User Account Control
window appears, click Allow.
Device Manager appears.
