R-R RECORDING

R-R recording rate saves RR intervals, i.e. intervals between successive heartbeats. Heart rate varies with
every heartbeat. Heart rate variability (HRV) is the variation of RR intervals. The R-R recording feature allows
you to record RR intervals for research or coaching purposes without accumulating training data. Please note
that you cannot train with V800 when using the R-R recording feature.
