Install the applications

Set Windows 95 CD-ROM in the CD-ROM drive.

Click [Start], then click [Run].

Type "L:\other\updates\dx5\setupdx5.exe" under [Open], then click [OK].

When installation is finished, click [Start]-[Shut Down]. Select [Restart the

computer], then click [Yes].

Reinstalling Windows causes an older version of Internet Explorer to be installed.
To return the computer to the state it was in when you purchased it, follow the
steps below to install the newer version of Internet Explorer.
Set Windows 95 CD-ROM in the CD-ROM drive.

Click [Start], then click [Run].

Type "L:\win95\ie4setup.exe" under [Open], then click [OK].

Follow the on-screen instructions.

• [Installation Option] will be displayed, select [Full Installation].
