Brush Deck Drive Guide Disassembly/Assembly - Clarke Focus II Micro Rider 26D Service Manual

BRUSH DECK DRIVE GUIDE DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY (For FOCUS II Micro Rider 26D, 28 BOOST)
Disassembly
1. Drive the machine on a level floor.
2. Remove the brush/pad/holder deck (depending on the deck, see the procedure in the deck disassembly/assembly paragraph)
and let the deck holder assembly in the lifting position.
3. Turn the ignition key to "0" and disconnect the batteries.
4. Turn the steering wheel to accomodate the position of the drive guide (A) to be removed.
5. Under the machine, remove the screws (B) and the drive guide (A).
6. Replace the drive guide if it is too worn.
Assembly
7. Assemble the components in the reverse order of disassembly.
