Problem

Solution
Adjust the gap to be within
3 mm.
Reconnect or change the
speed sensor cable or
related wires.
Reconnect or change the
speed sensor cable or

Reconnect and firm the
connections
Reconnect the motor cable
wire.
Reconnect the IC chip.
Reconnect the IC chip to
get the correct position.
Change the EEPROM IC
chip; If the new IC chip
couldn't solve the problem,
replace a new console.

a wall outlet.
2. Reinstall the Safety
Tether Key.
3. Reset the circuit
breaker, or call an
electrician to replace the
circuit breaker.
4. Wait 5 minutes and then
try to restart the
treadmill.
Adjust belt tension.
1. Apply lubricant.
2. Adjust belt tension.
Centre the belt.
