    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Tool: Allen Wrench 6mm Multi Hex Tool Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver S13-14-15 Step 1 Attach the Connection Support Frame (4) onto the Left/Right Handlebar Support Frames (2, 3) with four M8x40 Bolts (35), four Ø8x1.5 Washers (36), and four M8 Nylon Nuts (37). Tighten bolts and nuts with one 6mm Allen Wrench and one Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided.
  • Page 8 Tool: Allen Wrench 6mm Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver S13-14-15 Step 2 Remove one Ø8x1.5 Washer (36), one M8 Nylon Nut (37), and one M8x35 Bolt (38) from the Main Frame (1). Attach the Safety Tube B (6) onto the Main Frame (21) with one Ø8x1.5 Washer (36), one M8 Nylon Nut (37), and one M8x35 Bolt (38) that were removed.
  • Page 9 Tool: Allen Wrench 6mm Step 3 Remove four M6x15 Bolts (61) from both Handlebar Support Tubes (8). Connect the Sensor Wire I (50) from the Handlebar Support Tube (8) to the other Sensor Wire I (50) from the Left Handlebar Support Frame (2). Then install the Handlebar Support Tube (8) to the Left Handlebar Support Frame (2) by inserting the Handlebar Support Tube (8) into the Left Handlebar Support Frame (2), using two M6x15 Bolts (61) that were removed.

Connect the Hand Pulse Sensor Wire (17) and Sensor Wire I (50) from the Handlebar Support Tube (8) to the Sensor Wires II (44) from the Handlebar (16).

    LUBRICATE BELT The treadmill has already been coated with "Silicone Oil" in advance. Silicone oil is a non-volatile oil and by the time you receive should have permeated through the belt.     MAINTENANCE Cleaning The treadmill can be cleaned with a soft clean damp cloth. Do not use abrasives or solvents on plastic parts. Please wipe your perspiration off the treadmill after each use. Be careful not get excessive moisture on the computer display panel as this might cause an electrical hazard or electronics to fail.

    WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE A good exercise program consists of a warm-up, aerobic exercise, and a cool down. Do the entire program at least two to three times a week, resting for a day between workouts. After several months you can increase your workouts to four or five times per week. AEROBIC EXERCISE is any sustained activity that sends oxygen to your muscles via your heart and lungs.
