    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Tool: Phillips Screwdriver Step 1 Install the Right/Left Base Covers (20R, 20L) to the Base Frame (34) by sliding down the Right/Left Base Covers (20R, 20L) onto the Base Frame (34), using two M4x22mm. Round Head Phillips Screws (61). Tighten screws with the Phillips Screwdriver Provided. Hardware: 2 Round Head Phillips Screws (M4x22mm.)

    Tool: M5 Allen Wrench with Phillips Screwdriver Step 2 Connect the Sensor Cable I (24) from the Base Frame (34) to the Sensor Cable II (25) from the Right Handlebar Support Tube (35R). Then install the Right and Left Handlebar Support Tubes (35R, 35L) to the Base Frame (34) by inserting the Right and Left Handlebar Support Tubes (35R, 35L) into the Base Frame (34), using six M8x15mm.

Then install the Handlebar Bracket (40) to the Right and Left Handlebar Support Tubes (35R, 35L) by inserting the Handlebar Bracket (40) into the Right and Left Handlebar Support Tubes (35R, 35L), using six M8x15mm.

    STORAGE FOLDING UP THE TREADMILL Firmly grasp the back end of the treadmill. Carefully lift the end of the treadmill up into the upright position until the Spring Knob "pops" down into the locked position. Make sure the deck is securely locked before moving the treadmill. (See diagrams A and B.) The unit can be carefully tilted onto its transport wheels for easy moving and storage.

    OPERATING THE COMPUTER QUICK START: Flip the Master Power Switch that is located at the front of the treadmill to the ON position. Before beginning a workout session ensure that the Safety Tether Key is properly installed onto the Computer Console and the Safety Clip is securely attached to an article of your clothing.
  • Page 14 During training, you may press the STOP button to pause the treadmill running at any time, press the START button to start the treadmill running again. For emergency stop, you may pull up the Safety Tether Key and the treadmill will stop running immediately. The PROGRAM and TIME windows will display SAFE.
  • Page 15 INCLINE DOWN: Press the INCLINE DOWN button to decrease the incline level. Press the INCLINE DOWN button to pre-set target incline level in the user program. INSTANT SPEED (3 km / 6 km / 9 km / 12 km): Press one of the INSTANT SPEED buttons (3 km / 6 km / 9 km / 12 km) on the computer console, the SPEED window will display the speed that you are pressed and the running speed will change to 3 KPH, 6 KPH, 9 KPH, or 12 KPH immediately.

You may press the SPEED UP or DOWN button on the computer console or handlebar to increase or decrease the running speed during exercise. Press the START button to start exercise, the PROGRAM window will countdown 3 seconds with the LCD showing "3-2-1" before the running belt starts moving. The first interval of program graphic will begin blinking.

The treadmill will attempt to maintain your target heart rate through adjustments to the incline and speed for the remainder of your workout. If your heart rate is above 4 BPM of your programmed amount of BPM's, the incline will automatically decrease 1 level and speed will decrease 0.5km/h of running speed per 30 seconds to lower your heart rate of 130+/-4 BPM.

    CARE, MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE WARNING: To prevent electrical shock, please turn off and unplugg(ed) the treadmill before cleaning or performing routine maintenance. CLEANING The treadmill can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasives or solvents.

    BELT ADJUSTMENT AND LUBRICATION Belt Adjustment: The belt is adjusted at the factory; it may come loose during transportation and/or from use. After prolong use of the treadmill, the belt will stretch out. If the belt is shifting to the left, turn on the main power switch of treadmill and let the belt run at the speed of 2-3 KPH.

    WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE A good exercise program consists of a warm-up, aerobic exercise, and a cool down. Do the entire program at least two to three times a week, resting for a day between workouts. After several months you can increase your workouts to four or five times per week. AEROBIC EXERCISE is any sustained activity that sends oxygen to your muscles via your heart and lungs.
  • Page 23 QUADRICEPS STRETCH With one hand against a wall for balance, reach behind you and pull your right foot up. Bring your heel as close to your buttocks as possible. Hold for 15 counts and repeat with left foot. INNER THIGH STRETCH Sit with the soles of your feet together and your knees pointing outward.
