COMPUTER BUTTON FUNCTIONS: START: Press START button to start training on different training mode. STOP: Press STOP button to stop training on different training mode. INCLINE DOWN: Press the INCLINE DOWN button to decrease the incline in percent of grade 15-0% on different training mode. Press INCLINE DOWN button to preset target incline in the user program mode. INSTANT SPEED (3 km / 6 km / 9 km / 12 km): Press one of the INSTANT SPEED buttons (3 km / 6 km / 9 km / 12 km) on the computer console, the SPEED window will display the speed that you are pressed and the running speed will change to 3km/h, 6km/h, 9km/h, or 12km/h immediately.

DISTANCE: Press START button to start exercise, PROGRAM window will countdown 3 seconds with the LCD showing "3-2-1" before the running belt starts moving. The running belt starts moving with the speed at 1.0km/h. You may press SPEED UP or DOWN button on the computer console or handlebar to increase or decrease the running speed during exercise.

TRAINING IN PROGRAM MODE: The computer offers 6 preset programs. Press PROGRAM button to select training programs from P1 to P6. PROGRAM window will display P1, P2..., or P6 and indicate LED will light up. Time window will flash for presetting training program time. The initial preset training program time is 30:00 minutes.

TRAINING IN USER PROGRAM MODE: The computer offers 2 user programs. Press PROGRAM button to select USER1 or USER2 program. PROGRAM window will display USER1 or USE2 program and indicate LED will light up. Time window will flash for presetting training user program time. The initial preset training program time is 30:00 minutes.

WARNING: To prevent electrical shock, please turn off and unplugged the treadmill before cleaning or routine maintenance. CLEANING The treadmill can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasives or solvents. Be careful not get excessive moisture on the display panel as this might cause an electrical hazard or electronics to fail. Please keep the treadmill, specially, the console, out of direct sunlight to prevent screen damage.
Running Belt Adjustment: The running belt is adjusted at the factory; it may come loose during transportation and from use. After prolong use of running, the belt will stretch out. If the running belt is shifting to the left, turn on the main power switch of treadmill and let the running belt run at the speed of 2~3 km/h.

A good exercise program consists of a warm-up, aerobic exercise, and a cool down. Do the entire program at least two to three times a week, resting for a day between workouts. After several months you can increase your workouts to four or five times per week.

SIDE STRETCHES Open your arms to the side and lift them until they are over your head. Reach your right arm as far toward the ceiling as you can for one count. Repeat this action with your left arm. QUADRICEPS STRETCH With one hand against a wall for balance, reach behind you and pull your right foot up.

TOE TOUCHES Slowly bend forward from your waist, letting your back and shoulders relax as you stretch toward your toes. Reach as far as you can and hold for 15 counts. HAMSTRING STRETCHES Extend your right leg. Rest the sole of your left foot against your right inner thigh.
