Property and data protection
The lockable rack door protects the server against unauthorized access.
To protect your system and data internally against unauthorized access, you
can activate the security functions using the BIOS Setup.

BIOS Setup security functions
The System Security menu in the BIOS Setup offers you various options for
protecting your data from unauthorized access. By combining these options you
can achieve optimum protection for your system.

Preventing unauthorized BIOS Setup calls
You can activate this protection by setting a supervisor password in the System
Security menu.

You can activate this protection by setting a user password in the System Security
menu.
Preventing unauthorized write access to hard disk drives
To activate this protection, go to the System Security menu under Hard Disk Drive
and select the Write Protect All Sectors or Write Protect Boot Sector option.
