Exercise extreme caution when cleaning this part of the oven. Leave the
door partly open and wait until the chamber fan stops.
When you have finished cleaning, fasten the chamber fan exhaust with the two
screws.

9.4 Seal

Once you have finished cleaning the chamber, the cleaning process will continue
with the gasket that ensures the airtightness of the chamber. This part of the oven
must be clean without any food stuck on it so that it seals the chamber well and
does not allow heat or steam to escape when the oven is running.
To clean the rubber gasket, you only need a wet cloth and dishwashing liquid.
Then rinse the whole area and dry well.
Do not remove the seal to clean. The seal should only be removed when it is being
replaced.

9.5 Outer shell

To clean the outer shell, use a damp cloth and dishwashing liquid or a special
cleaner for stainless steel. Then, rinse and dry.
To clean the exterior glass on the outside of the door, use glass cleaner and paper
towels so as not to scratch the glass.

9.6 Excess water chamber

This part allows water that drips from the steam condensation on the interior door
to escape through the drain. For this reason, the excess water chamber should be
kept clean and clear.
Before cleaning, remove any pieces of food that may have fallen. Then, clean with
a wet cloth and soap and rinse thoroughly with water.

9.7 Interior-exterior door compartment

To clean this compartment, open the exterior door and open the interior door
clips to access the chamber between the interior and exterior door.
It is recommended that you clean the inside of the exterior glass and the outside
of the interior glass with glass cleaner and paper towels. If the inside of the interior
glass is not overly dirty, you may clean it the same way the other glass is cleaned.
