Turning on the appliance

Holding down the button for two seconds will turn the appliance on or off
button for a few seconds. Immediately after, you may adjust the cooking settings.
If the oven is cooking, it is not possible to turn it off by holding down the
button for two seconds. You must cancel the cooking by briefly pressing
the START/STOP button first.

Cooking programs

There are 99 programs, all with up to 5 cooking phases, that can be edited and
recovered according to user preferences.
There is also a manual mode that allows you to change the cooking settings
(chamber temperature, humidity, time, or probe temperature) without saving
them in a program.
The oven also comes equipped with a series of default programs for maintenance,
reheating and conserving, low-temperature cooking, and cleaning.
Programs Description
Manual program. Allows you to work with all the capabilities of
the oven. When you turn off the oven, none of the settings will
be saved.
User programs, from 1 to 99. These programs are editable and
saved in the internal memory for future recovery and use.
Default program for temperature maintenance.
Default time-controlled mid-temperature reheating program.
After reheating, the temperature will be maintained.
Default probe-controlled low-temperature reheating program.
After reheating, the temperature will be maintained.
Default time-controlled high-temperature reheating program,
especially for fried foods. After reheating, the temperature will
be maintained.
Low-temperature cooking for tough meats. Minimum temperature.
Low-temperature cooking for tough meats. Medium temperature.
