Temperature and probe-controlled cooking
The temperature and probe-controlled cooking mode ends the cooking when
the temperature in the center of the food reaches the selected temperature. The
chamber temperature remains constant and matches the value selected in the
temperature display.
To use this mode, choose a chamber temperature as well as a desired temperature
for the food's center by pushing the

to heat and will stop when the probe temperature reaches the set temperature. At
this point, the time display will read END until the user ends the cooking by
pressing the button briefly
Example shows cooking temperature at 90º until the temperature in the food
center reaches 55º.

For this cooking mode, you must connect the multi-point probe or the
sous-vide probe.
If you try to start the probe-controlled program while the probe is not
connected, the oven will beep and the program will not start.
If a probe-controlled cooking cycle is running, the time/program display will show
the actual temperature of the probe. When you press the
display will show the desired temperature of the core probe.
