If a probe-controlled cooking cycle is running, the time/program display will show
the actual temperature of the probe. When you press the
display will show the desired temperature of the core probe.
When a probe-controlled cooking program is running, the chamber
temperature display shows the desired temperature, and the probe
display shows the actual food temperature.

Editing programs
You can modify programs 1 to 99 by holding down the button for a few seconds
, until you hear a beep and PR appears in the program display.
Then you can change the cooking settings as the previous subsection explained.

To add or delete phases in programs 1 to 99, you must first enter program
editing mode.

Phase editing can be done directly in the manual program (---). If you would like
to change the phases of any user program (1 to 99), first enter program editing
mode (see 7.6).
