Programs Description
Probe-controlled low-temperature cooking for tender meats or
fish.
Cleaning program. You must insert detergent followed by rinse
aid. See section 9.2.1.
Self-cleaning program for low level of soiling. See section 9.2.2.
Only available in ovens equipped with self-cleaning system.
Self-cleaning program for medium level of soiling. See section
9.2.2.
Only available in ovens equipped with self-cleaning system.
Self-cleaning program for high level of soiling. See section 9.2.2.
Only available in ovens equipped with self-cleaning system.
Rinsing program. See section 9.2.2.
Only available in ovens equipped with self-cleaning system.
In the user or default programs (except cleaning programs) you can change any
cooking setting (temperature, humidity, time, cooking mode, etc.). To change the
setting, push the button that corresponds to the setting you wish to change and
change the value by turning the knob.
To leave a program on continuous mode, push the time button and turn the knob
counterclockwise until "INF" (infinite) appears on the display.
When you change any of the user program settings or default program
settings, the manual program will automatically be selected to avoid
changing data in the original program.
There are various security methods the user should be aware of during use that
inhibit abnormal operation of the appliance.
- When an error occurs, the appliance will stop and display the error code
(see chapter 8).
- The oven will not work if the door is open.
