PROBLEM
No power

SOLUTION
Check if power cord is connected firmly
Check if wide strip connector is plugged firmly – if hotend is not heating up, please
contact our Support Center
Check if 2 platform connectors are plugged firmly – if they are but platform is still not
heating up, please contact our Support Center
Check:
•
if printer is connected to the power supply;
•
if there wasn't any power outage;
•
if the filament spool rotate freely;
•
if the filament is not finished;
•
if the nozzle is not blocked
