5. Verify that the console for the alarm card is connected through either the COM 1
or the COM 2 ports on the alarm card.
You cannot use TTYMux if the console for the alarm card is connected through the
ethernet port on the alarm card.
6. At the rsc prompt through the alarm card, enter:
rsc> console
You should now have console access on the host through the alarm serial port.
