11. Move the right brake disk hub with a plastic hammer to the right until there is no clearance
between the right brake disk hub, the distance sleeve inside the rubber coupling and the hollow
shaft of the engine.
12. Tighten the two Allen screws M8 of the right brake disk hub.
(tightening torque 20 Nm / 177 lb. In.).
Note:
If the right brake disk is more than 2 mm out of the center of brake calliper, loosen
the 4 allen screws which fix the engine to the chassis and move the engine in that
direction to get the right brake disk as good as possible to the center of the brake
calliper. In this position fix the engine to the chassis and fix the right brake disk hub
to the rear axle.
13. Move the left brake disk hub to the left side until there is no clearance between the left brake
disk hub and the bearing for the rear axle.
14. Tighten the two allen screws M8 of the left brake disk hub.
(tightening torque 20 Nm / 177 lb. in.).
15. Tighten the screws of the brake disks M10 (tightening torque: 28 Nm / 248 lbf. in.)
16. Mount the exhaust system, the hose clamp of the radiator hose and the fixation for the
gearshift cables on the exhaust system.
17. Fit both wheel hubs along with rims.

4.6. Assembly of the tire on the rim

If your tires have reached their wear limit, they must be replaced.
Attention: Using the tires beyond their wear limit can damage the tires and cause accidents.
For fitting the tire on the rim, use a commercially available device.
When mounting the tire on the rim, grease the tire beads and check the sealing areas on rim and
tire for contamination and damage.
Otherwise the rim may break (excessive pressure necessary for mounting).
Attention: If the tire is filled with excessive pressure this may breake the rim or tire. Therefore
please adhere to the max. allowed tire pressure.
Attention: Always check the bead retaining screws for tight fit to prevent detaching of the tire
from the rim during driving.
