Attention: Do not spill fuel. Soak spilled fuel immediately with adequate absorbant material and
dispose of iin an environmentally friendly way.
Attention: Take care that no contamination gets into the fuel tank and the carburetor system.
Attention: Fuel is only storable for a limited period. Store only a quantity of fuel in the jerrican
that will be used within a short time.

4.2. Removal of the fuel tank

The fuel tank is mounted in a way to allow fast and
easy installation and removal. The fuel tank can be
removed as follows:
Remove tube connections (2) from fuel tank.
Remove wing nut (1) and carefully dismount
the fuel tank.
Attention: Do not spill fuel. Soak spilled fuel
immediately

4.3. Exchange of gear reduction ratio

4.3.1. Exchange of gear reduction ratio
The exchange of the gear ratio seems at first
glance to be more complicated than you are used
to. If however you follow the hints below you will
notice that the work involved is not much different.
Lift engine side of the kart and place the
vehicle at an angle of approx. 80° (this
prevents loss of oil from the gearbox).
Remove the right rear hub with wheel.
Note:
The rear wheel hub is secured by a
locking screw.
Loosen the two gearshift cables at the adjustment screw on steering wheel hub and
unhook both cables, first at shift contact (pos. 1) and then at support plate (pos. 2).
