Does the ADF Roller rotate?

Is the ADF Roller surface dirty?

Clean the ADF Roller surface.

Set the document properly.

Make a copy or cut the document
to the specification size.

Does the ADF Sensor actuator
move smoothly?
Yes
Does the voltage on CN7, pin2,
of the FCB PCB, vary when the
ADF Sensor is actuated?
Yes
Replace the FCB PCB.

Replace the Transmit Motor.
Is the trouble solved?
Yes

Adjust the separator pressure.
Is the trouble solved?

Check connectors CN7 on the FCB
