The cook time for each basket is always
shown in the Digital Displays except when the
Temperature Check buttons
To change a cook time, enter the new time
with the number keys.
To view the setpoint for a frypot, press the
corresponding Temperature Check button
The setpoint for the frypot will be shown in
the corresponding Digital Display. NOTE:
For full pot (single vat) units, the setpoint
will be shown in the right display only.
To change the setpoint, enter the new tem-
perature using the number keys, then press the
Temperature Check button
