Align punch mark "a" of the shift arm "1" with
alignment mark "b" of the crankcase.

INSTALLING THE DRIVE SPROCKET

1. Install:
• Drive sprocket
• Washer
• Drive sprocket nut "1"
Drive sprocket nut
85 Nm (8.5 m·kgf, 61 ft·lbf)
LOCTITE®
TIP
• While applying the rear brake, tighten the
drive sprocket nut.
• Stake the drive sprocket nut "1" at a cutout
"a" in the drive axle.
