7.16 Battery-Charging Generator

7.16.1 Battery-charging generator drive – Coupling condition check
Preconditions
☑ Engine is stopped and starting disabled.
Battery-charging generator drive
– Coupling condition check
1. Remove protective cover.
2. Check resilient coupling for cracks (arrow)
and plastic deformation.
3. In case of severe deformation or cracking:
(→ Contact Service).
4. Install protective cover.
