- In the user's virtual desktop web mail:
1. Navigate to Filters
2. Click Add a new Rule
3. Select the option All messages
4. Click Move on step 2
5. Select the option Redirect to the following email address: and enter the
user@server1.local address
6. Follow instructions to terminate the wizard and save changes
