Static electricity can damage the system's electronic components. To
prevent ESD damage to any of the components, follow these
precautions before touching or handling them:

General Installation Procedure

Following all the instructions provided below can ensure correct
installation and minimize installation time. Detailed, illustrate
instructions for each component are given in the following sections.

wearing an anti-static wristband.
Use antistatic strap during handling. Connect the equipment
end of the strap to an unfinished chassis surface.
Avoid carpets, plastic, vinyl, and styrofoam in your work area.
If the need should arise for carrying subsystem modules from
one place to another, carry them in a static shielding container.
Avoid the contact between circuit boards and clothing.
Handle all components by holding their edges or metal frames.
