REMOVING THE CONTROL PANEL COMPONENTS

WARNING
Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
1.
Unplug washer or disconnect power.
2.
Turn off the water supply to the washer.
3.
Pull the washer away from the wall so you
can access the rear of the unit.
4.
Remove the two screws from the back of
the top cover.

Lift the rear of the top cover, unhook it from
the front, and remove the cover.

To remove the power on/off switch:
a) Grasp the pushbutton with your fingers
and pull it off the power on/off switch
shaft.
b) Using a small-bladed screwdriver,
press the two locking tabs on the sides
of the switch toward the switch body,
and pull the switch out of the mounting
location on the control panel.

c) Disconnect the two brown and two
blue wires from the power on/off switch
terminals.
