Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or electrical shock.

TEMPERATURE SENSOR

Refer to page 4-15 for the procedure for servic-
ing the temperature sensor.
1.
Unplug washer or disconnect power.
2.
Disconnect the wire connectors from the
temperature sensor terminals.
3.
Set the ohmmeter to the R x 1K scale.
4.
Touch the ohmmeter test leads to the tem-
perature sensor connector pins. The meter
should indicate as shown below.

WASH MOTOR

Refer to page 4-16 for the procedure for servic-
ing the wash motor.
1.
Unplug washer or disconnect power.
2.
Disconnect the wire connector from the
wash motor.
3.
Set the ohmmeter to the R x 1 scale.
4.
Touch the ohmmeter test leads to the pins
with the two small white wires. The meter
should indicate between 170 and 200 Ω.
5.
Touch the ohmmeter test leads to the pins
with the black and blue wires. The meter
should indicate approximately 3 Ω.
6.
Touch the ohmmeter test leads to the pins
with the red and blue wires. The meter
should indicate approximately 3 Ω.
