Check the attachment is properly secured to the truck and the

supporting elements.
Sideshifter ( o)
Sideshifter
1 Test the hose guide and check for leaks and damage.
Attachment: check bearing points, guides and stops for wear and
2
damage, grease and clean these components.
3 Attachment: clean and lubricate.
4 Attachment: clean and lubricate.
5 Check axial play of the front and rear rollers and adjust if necessary.
Check attachment is properly secured to the truck and the
6
supporting elements.
Test operation and setting of the attachment. Check the attachment
7
for damage.
8 Check sliding blocks are complete.
9 Check hydraulic ports and tighten if necessary.
10 Test the sideshifter, check settings and check for damage.
11 Check cylinder seals.
12 Check cylinder piston rods and bushings.
