DHW heating

DHW heating by the heat pump
In the delivered condition, DHW heating
by the heat pump takes priority over cen-
tral heating/cooling.
Only heat pump contractors certified by
Viessmann may change this.
The heat pump control unit stops the
DHW circulation pump during cylinder
heating.
If the temperature at the start tempera-
ture sensor falls by more than "Hyste-
resis DHW temperature heat pump
6007" below the "Set DHW tempera-
ture 6000", cylinder heating starts. This
heating ends if the temperature at the
stop temperature sensor rises above the
set value or as soon as the "Max. DHW
temperature 6006" is reached.

■ DHW heating with one temperature
sensor:
– Positioning at the top of the DHW
cylinder.
■ DHW heating with two temperature
sensors:
– Positioning at the top and bottom of
the DHW cylinder.
– Activation of the bottom temperature
sensor by parameter "Temperature
sensor at bottom of DHW cylinder
600E".
– Entry of the set value in parameter
"Set DHW temperature 2 600C".
– The bottom temperature sensor
supplies the temperature value for
the "Start optimisation for DHW
heating 6009" and the "Stop opti-
misation for DHW heating 600A".
