1. Remove the Right Cover.

2. Remove the Rear Cover.

3. Remove the PCL Board. (bizhub 161/161f only)

4. Unplug one connector on the Con-

troller/Mechanical Control Board.

5. Remove the Relay Harness.

6. Remove the screw, and then remove

the Mechanical Counter.
