To delete a name entirely, see p.72

press [T T T T Next].

Select the name whose e-mail ad-
dress you want to delete.
Press the name key, or enter the
re g is t e re d n u m be r us in g t he
number keys.

❒ If you press , you can search
by the registered name, user
code, fax number, folder name,
e-mail address, or IP-Fax desti-
nation.
❒ To delete the name, key display,
and title, see p.72 "Deleting a
Registered Name".
