Entering a speech sample in the
phone book
This function makes it possible to
store a name associated to a phone
number in the phone book.
Voice prompts to use to activate this
function are the following:
New name, New entry
Speech sample storing procedure is
guided by the system after the beep
by the following prompts:

Used voice prompts
Say name!
Repeat name
Enter number
Repeat the phone number digits
just pronounced
If recognition is successful,
the system will store the entry
and confirm by prompt "Name stored"
Action to take
Pronounce the name to store.
Repeat the name to store.
If the second name is different from the first
one said or if it is too similar to an already ex-
isting entry the system will abort the proce-
dure. To restart the procedure, press the
VOICE button again.
Say the number associated to the name figure
by figure, e.g.: one, two, three, four.
If the number repeated by the system is right,
confirm by saying one of the following
prompts: "Finish, Right", otherwise say "Mod-
ify digit, Wrong" and repeat the number to be
associated to the name.
The procedure for entering a speech sample in
the phone book has been concluded success-
fully.
