(2) Set the checksheet in the hopper.
Set the checksheet so that the timing marks are on the left side in the feeding direction.
Set the checksheet so that the corner cut is in the upper right as shown below.
CAUTION
· Refer to "Setting Sheets" (P29) and set the sheets correctly.
· Be careful not to bend, fold, or damage checksheet. Doing so may result in a sheet feeding
error or reading error.
(3) Press the
switch.
START
CAUTION
Once the
START
switch is pressed, reading operation will not stop even if there is a reading
error or skew error, and checksheets will be fed continuously until there are no checksheets
left.
(4) Confirm that there are no errors.

Skew Detection:
Skew detection is for checking whether or not the sheet has been fed straight. The detection
becomes effective when the check DIP Switch SW3-4 is set to ON (factory setting is ON).

(5) Turn the power off to exit the checksheet reading mode.
CAUTION
Make sure to turn the power off briefly right before regular sheet reading.
