Setting up Email Settings
In the Email submenu page in the Setup menu, an administrator can configure the Email settings
that are needed for Scan to Email operations.

Some settings may not apply to the Touch Panel Display as soon as you save the
settings. When you change the settings, press the [RESET] button on the Control
Panel before an operation.
For e-STUDIO450 Series and e-STUDIO280 Series:
The Email submenu page in the Setup menu is available only when the Printer Kit and Scanner
Upgrade Kit are installed, or when the Printer/Scanner Kit is installed.

Access TopAccess in the administrator mode.

Click the Setup menu and Email submenu.

The Email submenu page is displayed.
3.
In the Email submenu page, set the Email settings as
required.

Click [Save].

The confirmation dialog box appears.
