Specify the SNMP settings.

Description
Select whether or not SNMP is used. If "ON" is selected, select the
type of SNMP to be used.
Specify the port number.
Specify the name of the read/write community for SNMP v1/v2c.
Specify the read/write user name for SNMP v3 context name.
Select whether or not to permit the TRAP settings and whether to
enable or disable the TRAP settings when authentication failed.
