Connect the NIM Cables
Procedure
1. If a plastic wire tie holder is present on one side of
the carrier backplane connectors P21 or P22,
remove it.
2. Using the short 50-position ribbon cable, connect
the 50-position plug at the bottom of the NIM with
the 50-position plug numbered P21 (on the right
side of the carrier backplane) or P22 (on the left
side). Figure 3-5 shows installation on the left side
of the backplane.
