To keep the UPS firmware updated with the latest improvements and
benefits, visit www.eaton.com/IBM often for updates. You can
download the latest firmware version. The downloadable file includes
the instructions for installing the update.

800-IBM-SERV (800-426-4968). In Europe, the Middle East, and Africa
(EMEA); Latin America; or Asia-Pacific, call the IBM office that services
your account.
