This report is used to identify the status of the LDS Suspense File at any
given time.

and provides detailed information on the source of the information.

Column Heading
This area shows the name, address, and
phone number (if desired) of the
restaurant.
These columns are generated in order,
according to the employee ID number.
This column specifies the quantity of
outstanding drinks by item number.
This column provides a description of the
drink items as they are programmed in
the Menu Item File, and identifies each
drink by its Menu Item Number.
This column specifies the net total for
each outstanding drink.
This column shows the net number of
outstanding drinks and the net total for
those drinks.
