Sales and Guest Profile


This profile includes information about sales, guests, checks, and
tables for different order types.
Column
Order Type The name of the order type. Examples of typical order
types are eat in and take out.
Net Sales The gross sales value minus all voids, returns, and
discounts.
You can change the label that prints on the report for
this field in Tax Rates | General | Net Sales Name.
% of Ttl Net Sales represented as a percentage of total net
sales. This figure is calculated as follows:

Guests The number of guests.
Depending on how the System is programmed, this
total can be the sum of guest counts entered by
employees when beginning checks, the number of
seats on a check, or the number of specified menu
items or service charges.
% of Total The number of guests represented as a percentage of
the total number of guests for this revenue center. This
