Removing the fork protector

Position the fork legs.

Tighten screws

Screw, top triple clamp
Tighten screws

Position the brake caliper and mount and tighten screws

Mount cable binder
Position the brake line and wiring harness. Put the clamp on and mount and
tighten screws

Finishing work
Install the front wheel.
Refit the headlight mask with the headlight. (
Check the headlight setting. (

Preparatory work
Raise the motorcycle with the lift stand. (
Remove the front wheel.
Remove the headlight mask with the headlight. (
Remove the fork legs.
Info
The rebound damping is located in the right fork leg (red adjusting
screw). The compression damping is located in the left fork leg (white
adjusting screw).
Grooves are milled into the side of the upper end of the fork legs. The
second milled groove (from the top) must be flush with the top edge of
the upper triple clamp.
Position bleeder screws
toward the front.
