Detects if the top cover is open
Detects when the tray is lifted to the upper

Moves the paper exit unit up and down
Switches paddle roller rotation on and off.
Moves the stack height lever into contact
with the top of the stack.
Switches DC for the stapler unit on and off.
Cuts DC when staple unit cover is open.
