SC at the same time:
• The main cause is in SC860 to
865. Refer to those possible
causes.
2. When only SC925 occurs:
• Turn the main power off and on.
• Initialize the net file partition of the
HDD (with SP5-832-11) after you
ask the customer for permission.
This also erases the transmitted
and received fax documents.
• If the above actions do not solve
the problem, try to initialize all
partitions of the HDD with SP5-
832-1 after you ask the customer
for permission.
• Replace the HDD.
