Thumbwheels. Potentiometers located on the keyboard;
used to position the crosshair cursor.
Time, Character Writing. Approximately 0.8 ms.
Time, Vector Drawing. Time required to draw a
complete vector is approximately 2.6 ms.
Transmission, Alpha Mode. Data is transmitted as
entered at the keyboard, or as placed on the minibus by
other devices.
Transmission, Gin Mode. Data is transmitted as a series
of bytes in response to an ESC ENG from the computer, or
in response to a keyboard character entered while the
crosshair cursor is displayed. Refer to Table 2-6 for details.
