For SIP-T28P/T26P/T21P/T22P/T19P IP phones:

5-DD MMM YYYY
6-WWW DD MMM
For SIP-T20P IP phones:
7-MM DD YY

Note: "WWW" represents the abbreviation of
the week, "DD" represents a two-digit day,
"MMM" represents the first three letters of the
month, "YYYY" represents a four-digit year,
and "YY" represents a two-digit year which is
not displayed on the LCD screen of SIP-T20P IP
phones.
