Preconditions
☑ Engine is stopped and starting disabled.
☑ MTU Fluids and Lubricants Specifications (A001061/..) are available.

Out-of-service period ≥ 6 months: Grease valve drive (→ Page 65).
Check engine oil level (→ Page 70);
Checking oil level in oil storage tank (→ Page 70).
Out-of-service period more than 1 year: Change engine coolant
(→ Page 75);
Change mixture coolant (→ Page 81)
Check engine coolant level (→ Page 74);
Check mixture coolant level (→ Page 80)
Check plug connections (→ Page 84).
Open gas shut-off valve
Check for fault messages.
Check, fill with electrolyte (manufacturer's specifications).
