Cannnot Adjust the Angle of Touch Unit (EB-595Wi only)
Check
Are there spacers attached to the back of Touch Unit?
The Dot Moves Automatically or Does Not Move to the Next Position during Calibrating Manually
Check
Information from the projection screen is not correctly received due
to other things, such as a light source that is emitting infrared rays.
Information from the projection screen may not be received
correctly if the projector is too close to the screen.
The interactive pen is disabled due to unstable conditions in the
surrounding area, such as a light source that is emitting infrared
rays.
Other Problems
No Sound Can Be Heard or the Sound Is Faint
Check
Check that the audio/video cable is securely attached to both the
projector and audio source.
Is the projector volume set to the minimum?
Is the volume for the computer or from the image source set to the
minimum?
When securing the Touch Unit with screws, you must attach the supplied spacers to the screw holes. Check that spacers
are attached to the back of the Touch Unit. For more details, see the supplied Installation Guide.

Move the device, such as a light source that is emitting infrared rays, away from the projector, or move the projector away
from the device.
Setup within the recommended projection distance.

Disconnect the cable from the audio input port, and then reconnect the cable.
