The features displayed on the main Copy screen vary depending on how the main
Copy screen is configured by the administrator.
6. Enter the quantity.

If prompted on the UI, follow the instructions provided to correct any job submission
errors. If there is a DFA problem, refer to your DFA documentation.

Copy Procedure

Basic copy procedures are loading the document, selecting features, entering a quantity,
starting the copy and checking the job status.

Loading Documents

The following two methods are available to load documents, the Document Feeder and
the Document Glass.
1. Remove any paper clips and staples before loading a document.
2. Load documents into one of the two options.
• Document Feeder: The document feeder supports single and multiple sheet
documents with sizes from 140 x 210 mm (Standard size: A5, A5, 5.5 x 8.5", 5.5 x
8.5" ) to 297 x 432 mm (Standard size: A3, 11 x 17"). The document feeder
automatically detects standard size documents. For non standard size documents,
enter the size on the Original Size screen.
• Document Glass: The document glass supports a single sheet, a book, or other
similar documents with sizes from 15 x 15 mm to 297 x 432 mm (Standard size:
A3, 11 x 17") The document glass automatically detects standard size documents.
For non-standard size documents, enter the size on the Original Size screen.

Selecting Copy Features

The features displayed on the Services Home window depend on the configuration of
the machine. To use the Login Setup feature or Auditron Administration feature, you
need a UserID and Password, or just a UserID. For information about UserIDs and
Passwords, contact the System Administrator.
1. Press the Services Home button on the control panel.
2. Select Copy.
