Step 4: Rafter Assembly

1. Attach the hip rafter assembly to the top center
frame (Figure A).
2. Attach 4 common rafters to the middle of each
side of the top center frame assembly. Use the
toe-in method (see inset).
3. With the common rafters now installed, attach
the the remaining rafters. Make sure that each
rafter is spaced evenly apart. This will ensure
sufficient anchoring points for the roof panels
(Figure B).
NOTE: It is recommended that you have an
assistant for the following step.
