9. Engine stop switch
• Check the engine stop switch for continu-
ity.
Refer to "CHECKING THE SWITCHES".
• Is the engine stop switch OK?
YES
10.Lean angle cut-off switch
• Connect the pocket tester (DC 20 V) to the
lean angle cut-off switch terminals as
shown.
Positive tester probe → yellow/green 1
Negative tester probe → black/blue 2
Lean angle cut-off switch voltage
Less than 65° a → 0.4 ~ 1.4 V
More than 65° b → 3.7 ~ 4.4 V

Replace the right
handlebar switch.

11.Wiring
• Check the entire ignition system's wiring.
Refer to "CIRCUIT DIAGRAM".
• Is the ignition system's wiring properly
connected and without defects?
Replace the ECU.
